I took my first NSR out to Mallory a couple of years ago for a gentle ride out as I had not done a trackday for about 7 years so was a bit rusty. I took the NSR out because it was good to give it a ride out and because its not as full on as taking the R1 out too. The bike was nice so going out for a gentle wobble was not so bad as I wanted to keep it looking nice too. So the inters group would be a good steady group to just get used to getting back on track again after so much time off track.

I found a video of a guy on a GSXR1000 in the fast group to use as a comparison to get an idea of my lines and pace.
